Have a goal. Set an intention. Know the outcome. Desire to be something.
All the same thing.
The goal is not important, but the goal is absolutely necessary. How is this so?
According to Abraham-Hicks, “The reason for desires, goals…for finding those decisions or points of focus, is because they are the life-giving things of the Universe. Without objects of attention, or objects of desire, Life Force does not come through any of us.”
This is why following your bliss is the best course of action for you. The goal matters only insofar that it inspires a movement of energy within you and through you. You are the instrument through which the greater You (God, source, energy, consciousness, whatever you want to call it) expresses itself. The stronger your connection to yourself (by enjoying what you do), — to your source, — the greater your opportunities to do what you will. Picture yourself as a magnet, so the more excited you are about something, the greater will be your attractive force which draws all the people and circumstances you need to you to accomplish that.
The Take-home Message
What moves you? Do that.
I love smoothies. If you enjoy this site (or if you despise it and want me to pack up and go do something else), be a smoothie and donate today to my smoothie foundation. All contributions ($3, $17, $68?!) appreciated and applied to this site or some other exciting endeavour in the form of smoothie-powered focus. Thanks.
